The under 11 group is all about the children having fun, increasing their skills and develop their fitness which will help to increase their confidence. The best way to improve a childs confidence is for them to particpate in the various events that are held throughout the year. These events are also a good way for the children to meet new people and develop a good team spirit.

Here are some of the events that are available throughout the year:
Cheshire League (Track and Field) which are held April - September
Red Rose League (Cross Country) which are held October - December
Sports Hall Competition which are held November - January

There are many others available which include club events and championships. All events require the athlete to wear the club vest. Speak to your coach for more details.

Cheshire League
Get ready for the track and field competitions for under 11s in 2011. The competitions are held on a Sunday and the dates are 17th April, 26th June, 31st July and 4th Sept. If you have not been given a form with all the information from your coach please ask your coach for one.

Red Rose League 
This event is open to children who are 8 years and above. The dates for 2011 cross country season are all on Saturdays and the dates are 8th October,22nd October,12th November and 3rd December. If you have not been given a form with all the information from your coach please ask your coach for one.

Sports Hall League
The dates for 2011 sports hall league are all on a Sunday and the dates are 23rd October, 20th November and 11th December. This event will be held at SPORTS CITY INDOOR REGIONAL ARENA Gate 13 Rowsley Street. Beswick, Manchester. M11 3FF
The Greater Manchester County Championships will be held Sunday 29th January 2012

Quad Kids Competition
This competition is just for one day and it is being held on Sunday 25th September and we have to enter teams of 10. If your child would like to enter this competition, please speak to Joanne.
