At an extraordinary general meeting of members – held over Zoom in the evening of 25th June – Bury AC members voted unanimously for the club to become a Charitable Incorporated Organisation. The registration process should take 2-3 months but this is an exciting period in the club’s history. The charitable status will allow the club to push forward with its vision in providing new facilities that will serve the club’s members, the wider community and athletics in the region.
